Greatest real estate agent in the world

This contest is pretty fun. Real estate marketing has always been something that came easily to me.
And now that I own a Costa Rica Real Estate Company, I am more interested than ever in real estate.
Selling homes and houses myself has taught me the value of targeted traffic more than ever.
One thing I hate is when people just shop around and don't have the money or won't have the money for a very long time.
Pre-qualifying is key.
Targeting the search phrases which are most likely going to help you close a deal is key.
