End pedophelia tourism in 3rd world countries

It's bad enough that Costa Rica is full of expat losers unable to get laid in their own countries. If you want to be with someone who gets paid, that's your problem.
It's another issue when it involves children and people in central American and Asian countries "rent" their kids to tourists.
It's just a few isolated cases, so no big deal, right?
WRONG
