This to me is no solution for any network. What a good network needs to have is good moderation and INTELLIGENT spam control rather than lashing out at everyone because of bad apples.
This makes very little sense and it's becoming the norm. Hubpages and Squidoo are quality networks, and they "follow" from what I know.
